It depends on the size of the yard, the shape it's in and how often you want us. There's no price list on this site because a number that fits a town lot is wrong for an acreage. Send the address through the quote form and we'll write back with a real number. It's free and nobody has to come out.
Both. Weekly keeps it sharp and is what most in-town lawns end up on. Every two weeks is fine on slower-growing yards, but in June you'll be taking a lot off at once. Tell us which you want and we'll say if it'll work.
Included. Fence lines, tree rings, bed edges and the walks are part of a mowing visit — not an add-on you have to ask for. A cut without the edges done doesn't look finished, so we don't leave it that way.
No. We just need to get in. Leave the gate unlocked or give us the code, keep the dog inside, and pull the toys and chairs off the grass. You'll know we've been.
No. We do weed whacking — trimming and edging with a string trimmer. Herbicide spraying takes a BC applicator licence and it isn't something we do. If that's what your lawn needs, we'll tell you straight and you can bring in someone licensed for it.
Lawn work runs roughly May through September up here, and the weather decides the edges of that. Spring cleanups go in as soon as the ground dries out, and fall cleanups run until the snow beats us to it — then snow removal takes over for the winter, so we're working year-round.
No. There's no contract and nothing auto-renews. Book one cleanup and never call us again if you like. Most people just stay on the route because it's easier.
