These SMS Terms govern text communications between you and ALC Groundworks. Our messaging program operates under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Program: When you give us a mobile number, ALC Groundworks may send transactional messages about quotes, scheduled visits, weather rescheduling, accounts and completed work, and — where you have consented — occasional marketing messages.

2. Consent: By providing your number you consent to messages at that number, including automated messages. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of buying any service, and you can withdraw it without affecting your service.

3. Frequency and cost: Frequency varies with your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply. ALC Groundworks is not responsible for carrier charges.

4. STOP and HELP: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. One confirmation message may follow, after which marketing texts stop. Necessary transactional messages about work you have booked may continue. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.

5. Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and supported carriers may change without notice.

6. Privacy: Information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile information and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
