Winter here is long and it does not arrive politely. A single overnight fall can put enough down that a driveway needs clearing before anyone gets to work, and the windrow the grader leaves across the end of it is a different job again — heavy, packed, and the reason people end up late or stuck.

Snow service runs on a trigger depth rather than a phone call — once enough has fallen, everyone on the route gets done in order without anyone having to ring in. Driveways and parking areas get cleared to the surface, walks and steps get done by hand where a machine can't reach, and the pile goes somewhere it won't block sightlines or refreeze across the drive. Commercial lots are scoped per site, because a six-stall lot and a customer parking area are different jobs.

What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the driveway or lot, whether walks and steps are included, and whether you want it per-visit or covered for the season. Send the address through the quote form and we'll write back with a real number.
Do I have to call every time it snows?
No. It runs on a trigger depth — once enough has come down, everyone on the route gets cleared in order. That's the whole point of being on a list rather than phoning around at six in the morning.
Do you clear the ridge the grader leaves?
Yes. That windrow at the end of the driveway is part of the job, not an extra. A cleared drive you still can't get out of isn't cleared.
What about walkways and steps?
Included if you ask for them, and done by hand where a machine can't fit. On commercial properties we'd push you to include them — packed snow on a walkway becomes ice and that's a liability, not an inconvenience.
Do you do commercial lots?
Yes. Small business properties, strata and rental units, and customer parking. Those get scoped per site rather than priced off a list, because access, timing and where the snow can be piled all change the job.
When should I book?
Before the first real fall. The winter list fills up in the fall every year and after that it's a waiting list, which is not where you want to be in the third week of November.
