Nobody has to come to your door.
The whole thing runs on a form and a message. There's no in-home consultation, no appointment to be present for, and nobody selling you anything on the driveway.
Tick the services, leave the address and add anything useful — gate code, dog, a slope, a corner that gets missed, a photo if it's rough. Takes about a minute and you can do it at eleven at night.
We look at the property and send you a number in writing, with what's included. If we think you're asking for the wrong service, we'll say so — it's cheaper for both of us than doing a job that won't work.
You go on the route on a fixed weekday. For one-off jobs like a cleanup you get a date. Either way you know when we're coming without having to ask.
The job gets done the same way every time. If weather pushes us you get told which day you've moved to, and if we spot something on your lawn worth knowing about, you hear that too.
