You control how ALC Groundworks communicates with you and how your personal information is handled. Every option below is free and takes effect as soon as we process it.

Stop marketing texts: Reply STOP to any message, or contact us directly. See the SMS Terms and Conditions for detail.

Stop marketing emails: Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email team@alcgroundworks.com with the subject “Unsubscribe.”

Stop marketing calls: Tell us during a call, or phone 250-329-4635 and ask to be removed from the marketing call list.

Access, correct or delete information: Under BC's PIPA and Canada's PIPEDA you may ask for access to your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to legal, tax and accounting retention requirements. Contact the Privacy Officer below.

Essential messages: After opting out of marketing you may still receive transactional messages needed to deliver work you have booked — visit reminders, weather rescheduling and invoices.
